Who we are

Jenesis Living LLC provides Home-Based Habilitation through Host Homes and Staffed Homes. We focus on real homes, thoughtful support planning, and respectful communication with the people we serve and the professionals who support them.

Families and guardians can expect plain answers and steady follow-through. HCBS Specialists, case managers, MCO care coordinators, and hospital or referral partners can expect a professional partner who understands current service scope and communicates clearly.

Home-Based Habilitation in two home settings

Home-Based Habilitation is the service framework. In practice, support is delivered through Host Homes—where an individual receives support in a home environment with stable routines—or Staffed Homes—small residential settings with structured daily support.

Each setting serves different needs. We can help you understand which may be worth exploring—without pressure or promises we cannot keep.
